Overview

Our return and refund policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

A few types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or hygienic items, dangerous goods or goods containing flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care products

We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain cases where only partial refunds are granted:

Book with clear signs of use
Any opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record.
Any product that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery

Reimbursements

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also let you know if your return has been approved.

If approved, your return will be processed and a refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or incomplete returns

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.

Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before the refund is sent.

Products for sale

Only regular priced products can be returned. Discounted products cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to replace it with the same product, send us an email at contact@sexstoysrus.com and send your product to: contact@sexstoysrus.com.

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. When the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will know you returned it.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must send it to: contact@sexstoysrus.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you’re returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
